OMC Writing and Editing Services
OMC provides writing and editing support for high-impact university initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, fundraising appeals, institutional storytelling, brand messaging, and other public-facing materials.
Writing support must be requested in the initial project request. Availability depends on project scope, strategic priority, and team capacity.
If approved, the writing process will include:
A. Discovery and Drafting
- Clients must provide source materials such as talking points, past communications, or program descriptions
- A discovery meeting may be scheduled to define key messages, audience, and tone
- A first draft will be delivered within the timeline outlined at project kickoff
B. Revisions
- Up to two rounds of consolidated client feedback are included
- Feedback must be returned within three business days to maintain project flow
- Major revisions after draft approval may require reprioritization or delay delivery
C. Finalization
Final copy will be proofed and submitted for client sign-off before layout begins.
NOTE: OMC does not provide writing services for personal bios, CVs, résumés, internal memos, or course descriptions.
