Bio
A native New Orleanian, Kyle discovered his love for photography in eighth grade shortly after receiving his first plastic 35mm camera. He’s been chasing a dream ever since: while most photographers may be content to capture a person, a place, a university, Kyle aims higher and strives to capture the essence beyond the subject — the atmosphere, the emotion, the story unfolding within. It may be impossible, but that’s never stopped him from trying.
For over a decade, Kyle has been Loyola’s primary visual storyteller, documenting the life of the university with vision and a rare ability to reflect its soul — from its academic mission to its cultural heartbeat in New Orleans. He’s captured the inaugurations of two university presidents, a library of dynamic portraits, and thousands of student celebrations, academic ceremonies, community moments, and university milestones that define Loyola’s spirit.
His photography has played a central role in award-winning campaigns produced by the Office of Marketing and Communications, earning recognition from the American Advertising Federation (ADDY Awards), Collegiate Advertising Awards, Education Advertising Awards, and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE)
