Request a Project

How can we help?

To request help from the Office of Marketing and Communications, please submit a project request form.

Each request requires the following information:

  • Project name
  • Project contact person's name, email, and phone number
  • Project type: editorial/media, web, design/layout, photography/video, or social
  • Due date
  • Budget
  • Description of project including target audience, goals, key dates and locations, website links, etc.

If you previously submitted a proposal through the Marketing Request Form, it will be addressed, and you will be notified about its status. There is no need to fill out a second request through the email process outlined above.

A Streamlined Process for Marketing Approval

Once you’ve created your marketing materials, you will need to submit the Marketing Approval Form so that all artwork can be reviewed by the Office of Marketing and Communications before going into production. Approval is required before your project can go to purchasing. Please allow two weeks for internal review. Marketing will respond to client requests on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
