Event Coordination and Consultation Services

Public Affairs coordinates or consults on multiple institutional events each year. These events vary in scale and audience and originate from many different departments of the university.

Special Events staff is responsible for the successful planning and execution of university events initiated by or assigned to the Office of Marketing & Communications. Additionally, the Special Events staff is available to consult with the university community in the planning and execution of official events of all kinds, including advising on event-related university policies and procedures, event logistics, and recommending vendors and off-campus event venues.
